		Chiengmai is the oldest city in the north. Phrathat Doi Suthep is the famous temple in Chiengmai . You can go there by bus, by train or by plane. It is about 700 kilometers from Bangkok.
Phrathad Phanom is a temple in Nakornphanom province, in the north-east of Thailand. It is about 12 hours by bus from Bangkok.
